The full-time Child Support Specialist duties include establish and review court orders, monitor case files for delinquencies, draft correspondence, and legal documents, analyze financial information to determine ability to pay support and provide health insurance. Individual will testify in court as needed, attend, and participate in training regarding State and Federal support statutes, regulations, and procedures.

Applicant must possess an Associate’s Degree in accounting, paralegal, or three to five years related experience, or any combination of education and related experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities. Knowledge of the KIDS System and Child Support laws and regulations is preferred.
