The Role
As our Social Worker, you’ll play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents and upholding our core values. This position involves:
Providing professional counseling and casework services
Helping residents overcome social and personal adjustment challenges
Implementing strategies to maintain and improve daily functioning
Stimulating and re-motivating residents to engage in life’s activities
Working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team
Contributing to our goal of being the community’s provider of choice
Participating in ongoing training and development to meet resident needs effectively

This is a full-time, exempt (salaried) position. The salary range for this role is between $58,802 and $77,126, with the anticipated starting wage is between $58,802/year and $62,088/year.
