Mental Health Therapist

***$8,000 SIGN ON BONUS*** – This position is eligible for a sign on bonus upon the signing of a 2 year agreement. The bonus would be paid out as follows:
1. $1,000 on start date of full-time position
2. $1,000 upon completion of six (6) months of continuous full-time employment in hired position.
3. $2,000 upon completion of one (1) year of continuous full-time employment in hired position.
4. $2,000 upon completion of eighteen (18) months of continuous full-time employment in hired position.
5. $2,000 upon completion of two (2) years of continuous full-time employment in hired position. 

Purpose of Position:

This position provides therapy/treatment, diagnostic, crisis intervention, consultation, evaluation, coordination, monitoring, follow-up, mediation, intake, and emergency on-call (24-hours) for after hours (assigned on rotational basis), and referral services for individuals, couples, families, and groups, including intervention and prevention services. The position functions as team member for all inter-disciplinary team meetings; attend and participates in all assigned meetings.

Minimum Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in Social Work, psychology, guidance, counseling, family therapy, or related degree. Three thousand (3000) hours of clinical supervision is required and eligible for Wisconsin certification. Experience working adolescent and adult mental health population.

Preferred Qualifications:

This position is a FT 40 hours per week position. Starting Salary range $34.13 – $39.00 per hour plus fringe benefits.
