Retired & Senior Volunteer Program Manager
The Aging & Disability Resource Center (ADRC) of Portage County is hiring a full time Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) Manager!
Summary of Position:
The Retired Senior Volunteer Program Director has primary responsibility for planning, developing, organizing, and administering a comprehensive program of volunteer service opportunities for people ages 55 and over in Portage County. Responsibilities include: recruiting, training, placing, supervising, and recognizing volunteers; identifying and developing volunteer opportunities; program development and evaluation; budgeting and fiscal monitoring; writing federal and state grant proposals, providing comprehensive volunteer management assistance to community public and non-profit agencies.

What are the minimum qualifications?
Bachelor’s degree in human service, sociology, psychology or related field.
Experience in volunteer management, community organizing, and working with older adults are all required.
Experience in grant writing preferred.
Experience working with budgets preferred.
