Children’s LTS & Birth to 3 Case Manager
Richland County Health and Human Services has a full-time opening for a Social Worker in our Behavioral Health Services Unit providing care management services to children with seen and unseen disabilities. The purpose of this position is to identify child and family outcomes, assess needs, identify and authorize appropriate services, monitor on-going services, and connect children and families to other community services in an effort to maintain children in the community with their family.
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field is required. State Social Worker certification or eligibility is required, as well as a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Local availability for emergency on-call rotation may also be required. Includes health insurance, WRS retirement, and other fringe benefits. Offering flexible work schedule and ability to occasionally work remotely.
The wage range for a 40-hr/week certified Social Worker is $22.14-$23.14 per hour (wage range for a non-certified applicant is $20.33-$21.25 per hour).
