Social Worker – CFS CLTS Program

Do you have a passion for helping others? If so, the Monroe County Dept. of Human Services Children and Family Services Unit might have the job for you. We are looking for a full-time Children & Family Services Children’s Long Term Support (CLTS) Program Social Worker. Successful candidates will have Bachelor’s degree with major in social work or related field, Wisconsin certification as social worker or eligible for certification, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proficient computer abilities.

Our CFS Children’s Long Term Support (CLTS) Program Social Worker works with children and families of children with special needs that include physical, developmental, and mental health disabilities. This position screens children for functional eligibility for the CLTS Program. Overall case management of the children and families in the CLTS program and development, assessment, and updating of Individual Service Plans for children are responsibilities of this position.

Starting salary for this position is $43,680 – $45,760. Monroe County offers an exceptional benefit package to include health with vision, dental, term life, Wisconsin Retirement System, and more.
