CWA Operations & Maintenance Technician II (Airside)

OSITION SUMMARY:
Operation and Maintenance Technician II’s are primarily responsible for ensuring the airport’s day to day regulatory compliance of all applicable federal, state, and local requirements; the overall maintenance of the airfield, buildings, and fleet; and delivering exceptional customer service.

Anticipated Shift: Wednesdays thru Saturdays – 2:00 p.m. until Midnight.
Also subject to on-call

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Formal Training and Experience:

Technical school, associate’s, or bachelor’s degree in a related field
Ability to pass various background checks
AAAE Basic Airport Safety and Operations Specialist training
Basic computer skills
Or any combination of education training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job.
Licenses and Certifications:

Valid Wisconsin Class B Commercial Drivers’ License within 3 months of hire
First Aid/CPR/AED within 12 months of hire
Airport Rescue and Firefighting certification within 12 months of hire
ASOS Basic within 24 months of hire
Incident Command System (ICS) training, level ICS-100, ICS-200, ICS-300, NIMS 700, and NIMS 800 within 18 months of hire
COMPENSATION:
Pay Range (B23): Minimum: $19.15 Midpoint: $22.50 Maximum: $26.63
