Technical Support Analyst
Chippewa County is accepting applications for the Technical Support Analyst position within the Information Technology Division. The job duties of the Technical Support Analyst include but are not limited to responding to Help Desk requests for the Chippewa County Information Technology Division and/or the DHS-RWC Division if assigned. This position will also configure, install, and support of personal computers throughout the County facilities; and to provide responsive, courteous and efficient service to County residents and the general public.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Information Technology required. One (1) or more years of recent IT related work experience required. Experience working in the public sector preferred. A cell phone is required. A valid driver’s license required. Starting Wage: $25.50 – $27.54 per hour depending on qualifications plus an excellent fringe benefit package. Maximum Wage: $34.43 per hour.
