Licensed Practical Nurse

Bloomfield Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, a skilled nursing facility has openings for full-time Licensed Practical Nurses (PM and Nights) and PRN status. Experience working in a skilled care environment, along with the ability to handle multiple assignments while working independently, is essential. A current Wisconsin LPN License is required.

Starting hourly wage is $18.87/hr.-$20.97/hr. with weekend and shift differentials.
