Monroe County, Rolling Hills Rehabilitation Center, in Sparta, WI is seeking caring and compassionate RNs and LPNs to be a part of a team that provides the highest quality services. Join us now as we expand our services in our new Rolling Hills Senior Living complex opening in 2022!

Current openings:
Day Shift RN Full-time day shifts with a one every sixth weekend rotation
RN Supervisor full-time PM (3pm-11pm) with every other weekend shifts.
RN On-Call and part time all shifts available.
LPN full-time PM with every other weekend shifts.
LPN part-time All shifts with flexible scheduling.

We offer a generous benefits package to full and part-time employees (health, life, dental, WI Retirement System, Flex-spending, paid holidays, sick leave, and vacation). Flexible schedule options available. Experience caring for seniors and rehab helpful, but not required.

Full-time and part-time LPNs are eligible for a $3000 sign-on Bonus earned incrementally. Full-time and part-time RNs are eligible for a $4000 sign-on Bonus earned incrementally.
