MDS and Infection Prevention Manager

Iowa County – Bloomfield Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center is seeking applications for a full-time MDS & Infection Prevention Manager. Essential duties include but are not limited to completion of assessments, MDS and care plans for residents, coordinate and participate in care plan conferences, monitors completion of MDSs by others, and providing education in a leadership role on MDS and Infection Prevention. Hours for this position will vary and will include some evening rotations.

Minimum requirement include: Associates Degree in Nursing with a valid Registered Nurse license in the State of Wisconsin required, minimum of two (2) years of MDS/Infection Control experience required, ANAC Certified and CPR certified.

Salary for this exempt position will be based upon candidas’ qualifications, with a current range of $32.88/hr. – $36.53/hr. A generous comprehensive benefit package will be provided.
