Jailer

Duties include: provides jail security through care, custody, and control of inmates; prepares paperwork, forms booking information, reports; maintains public security and confidence in dealing with public either in person or by phone.

Full-time positions include the following:

12 hour shifts allow for more time off of work
Every other Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off
Starting wage of $20.80, but based on experience level could vary up to $23.00 per hour
Qualifications: No felony convictions, good verbal and written communications, ability to react quickly and effectively to stressful situations, ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
