The Wisconsin Counties Association is excited to unveil “County Counsel with Andy Phillips.”

The new quarterly online show, a joint collaboration between and von Briesen & Roper, s.c., discusses the latest county legal issues facing Wisconsin local officials. In the inaugural episode, WCA General Counsel Andy Phillips discusses Brown County litigation involving the county sales tax.
