About Us
Michael Lamont
As WCA Vice President of Programs & Services, Michael Lamont leads the association’s health benefits and insurance companies. He serves as the WCA Group Heath Trust chief operating officer, as well as the Wisconsin County Mutual Insurance Corporation and Community Insurance corporation assistant secretary.
In his role, he also works to promote and expand the offerings of WCA Services, Inc., the service corporation of the association, which provides depth of programming for Wisconsin counties to interact with the private sector and realize cost savings and efficiencies.
Michael joined WCA in 2015 as the deputy director of programs & services. In January 2016, he was named director of programs & services. He is a graduate of Indiana University-Bloomington and Marquette University Law School.
