Training Specialist

DUTIES: Performs intermediate human support work educating clients on personal and professional skills, managing workload and production schedules, conducting and teaching quality control, and related work as apparent or assigned. Work is performed under the limited supervision of the Store Manager- Practical Cents.

QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or GED and moderate experience in mentally and physically disabled personal care and support, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Obtain First Aid certification within 1 year of hire. Valid driver’s license. Work Schedule will vary; weekend hours at least once per month. Starting Salary: $15.50 per hour. Adams County offers a generous benefits package.
