Technical Support Analyst
Chippewa County is accepting applications for the Technical Support Analyst position within the Information Technology Division in collaboration with the Human Services Recovery and Wellness Consortium. The job duties of the Technical Support Analyst include but are not limited to responding to requests for technical assistance from the Chippewa County Department Human Services Recovery and Wellness Consortium. This position works collaboratively within a diverse professional team by providing technical expertise maintaining, updating and developing the consortium’s electronic health record system (AVATAR), SharePoint and supporting daily system needs. The Technical Support Analyst provides responsive, courteous and efficient service within the Recovery and Wellness consortium and the general public.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Information Technology required. One (1) or more years of recent IT related work experience required. Experience working in the public sector preferred. A cell phone is required. A valid driver’s license required. Starting Wage: $25.50 – $27.54 per hour depending on qualifications plus an excellent fringe benefit package. Maximum Wage: $34.43 per hour.
