Special Instruction Teacher

Coordinate and provide Birth-to-3 services for eligible consumers; including carrying a caseload, maintaining fiscal and service records for all clients according to DHS 90 requirements, participating in development of individualized treatment plans and monitoring progress, following through with treatment directives by therapists, and contacting schools, daycares, physicians and other community agencies to educate and provide outreach for age appropriate referrals. QUALIFICATIONS: one of the following: (1) Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school in the education field and one year of experience in an education-related field OR (2) Bachelor’s degree in a field specializing in Early Childhood Exceptional Education Needs (ECEEN); WI Department of Public Instruction License 42:808 or 42:809 within 4 years of hire; insurance acceptable driver’s license; qualification under WI Caregivers Law, WI Act 27. 40 hours/week. $26.39 – $33.60/hour.
