Chippewa County is accepting applications for multiple Social Worker positions within the Department of Human Services Children, Youth and Family Services Division. Job duties will be specifically for Children’s Comprehensive Community Services and/or Children’s Waiver.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field and must possess or be able to obtain Social Work Certification within two (2) years of hire. Prior experience working in Comprehensive Community Services, Children’s Waiver, or with children who have experienced trauma, AODA issues, mental health issues, or experience working with children who have a disability is preferred. Starting Wage: $23.61 – $29.74 per hour depending on qualifications plus an excellent fringe benefit package. Maximum Wage: $37.18 per hour
