Social Services Youth and Family Unit Manager
Iowa County is recruiting for a full time Social Services Youth and Family Unit Manage to direct and supervise staff providing services to children, families, and juvenile delinquents. Responsibilities include implementing, administration and overseeing of all Youth and Family Services (child protective services, child welfare and youth justice cases) available through the agency.
Minimum qualification include a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or closely related field with a minimum of five (5) years professional work experience with at least three (3) years experience in a Human Services or Social Services agency. A minimum of three (3) years supervisory experience or a combination of Social Work experience with at least (5) years of staff oversight experience. Must be certified as a Social Worker in the State of Wisconsin. Knowledge of Wisconsin child protective services, youth justice laws and practices, family based systems and basic concepts of supervision.
Salary for this exempt position will be based upon candidates’ qualifications, with a current range of $34.88/hr. – $38.76/hr. A generous comprehensive benefit package will be provided.
