Public Health Educator

Develops and implements strategies to improve the health of Calumet County residents through the collection of data and discussion with community members. Assists in the identification of community health needs. Educates county residents into making positive decisions regarding their personal health. Education services are directed to individuals, families or groups. Health promotion, health maintenance, health education, management, coordination, and continuity of care are utilized in a holistic approach. Performs related duties as required.
