Job Description:

Waushara County is currently accepting applications for a full-time licensed In-Home Psychotherapist.  This position focuses primarily on the treatment of consumers with severe and persistent mental illness and/or children and their families.  Treatment services will be provided primarily in the client’s home, other community settings or in the clinic, in conjunction with the CSP, CCS and clinical teams. Primary duties involve clinical services including, but not limited to, assessment, treatment planning, psychotherapy, community education and outreach, case management, crisis intervention, referral activities, and reporting and record keeping.  Requires a Master’s degree in social work, psychology, marriage and family counseling, or guidance and counseling.  **Waushara County DHS participates in the National Health Service Corp’s Health Services Loan Forgiveness Program. NHSC programs provide scholarships and student loan repayment to health care professionals in exchange for a service commitment to practice in designated areas across the country with a shortage of health care professionals. Wage range.$28.00-$35.29/hr.
