POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Employee Resources Team for the design and implementation of a state of the art Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution. This Limited Term Employee (LTE) will have a flexible schedule, and will see the project through to completion. Based on projected schedule, we anticipate this assignment to last between 12-18 months, with the end goal of successful implementation of Workday Solutions within scope, timeframe, and budget. Our ERP Project Manager needs to someone who is organized, can delegate, and is able to bring people together for consensus on critical business process issues.

Serving as the liaison between vendor, finance, IT and human resources, this individual will be assist with project planning, resource allocation, setting deadlines, monitoring progress, communicating with internal and external team members to ensure project and department milestones are met and evaluate technical solutions meet deliverables.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management. PMP certification preferred. Ability to handle multiple projects and operate with minimal supervision, adjusting priorities accordingly.

Experience implementing and/or supporting a software integration preferred.
Knowledge of Workday ERP integration and maintenance ideal.
Equivalent combination of job-related education and/or experience may be considered.

EXAMPLES OF WORK PERFORMED:
Assist in project planning to set deadlines, assigns responsibilities, monitor and manage progress for the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system implementation.
Work closely with other project managers, IT leads, and other key team members throughout the lifecycle of the project
Motivate, direct, and manage people to complete tasks accurately and timely to meet project goals, objectives, and milestones.
Evaluate deliverables for completeness and accuracy.
Work with business users to gather requirements and communicate functional and technical specifications to functional leads.
Evaluate business processes and recommend changes to current and future ERP system requirements to meet organizational needs and align with industry best practices.
Assist in managing day-to-day operations for the County.
Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems.
Assist with creation and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for employees to navigate and train in the new system.
Participate in the coordination of design, build, testing and deployment activities as needed.
Provide county leaders with status reports and keep stakeholders apprised of overall project status. Track issues and risks and escalate concerns as needed.
Maintains ERP data integrity and security protocols.

COMPENSATION:
Salary range based on experience: $25.00 – $35.00/hr
This limited term position is not eligible for benefits.
