Patrol Lieutenant

Patrol Lieutenant – Pierce County Sheriffs Office – The purpose of this position is to assist in administration of office activities; manage, consult and guide office personnel; and direct, coordinate and manage Sergeants, and Patrol and Jail with scheduling, training, equipment and standards required to maintain a cost effective and liability-free operation.

Minimum Qualifications: Wisconsin Law Enforcement Officer Certification, five years law enforcement experience including two years in a supervisory capacity or any combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities. Knowledge of automated law enforcement information systems required. Certification or eligibility to be certified for hazardous material training required.

This position is a FT 40 hours per week position. Starting Salary $71,011 – $81,120 per year plus fringe benefits.
