Iowa County is looking for a dynamic and positive contributor to take on responsibility and management as the Nursing Home Administrator (part-time or full-time position) at our beloved Bloomfield Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Dodgeville, WI. Bloomfield Healthcare, a 50 bed skilled nursing facility, has an operating budget of approximately $5.5 million with approximately 100 employees.

The big challenges for our next Nursing Home Administrator includes hiring Certified Nursing Assistants, keeping our high ratings, and providing top quality care to our residents. The Iowa County Board has also been discussing a potential building project for several years and are slowly making progress on their plans.
This exempt position offers top quality compensation and benefits. Starting salary of $43.91/hr. – $46.35/hr., is negotiable upon candidate’s qualifications, a full slate of benefits, and a generous MTO package. Each candidate will need to be ready for a stringent interview process, a complete back ground check, and have all the required qualifications.
