Maintenance Custodian II

DESCRIPTION: This is a maintenance and custodial position responsible for maintenance and repair of building grounds and equipment. This position also assists the maintenance tech and provides custodial duties, reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and Building Committee.

QUALIFICATIONS:  Graduation from high school is desirable, and some experience with custodial and maintenance duties including HVAC and A/C systems, maintenance, plumbing, electrical and/or carpentry: or any combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge skills and abilities.
