LTE Equipment Operator

Jackson County is accepting applications to fill a limited term Equipment Operator position. Essential duties of the Equipment Operator position include snow plow truck driving, and operation of a variety of small, light and heavy-duty equipment. Applicant should have prior experience in road snow removal and/or maintenance equipment operation and general mechanical aptitude. A Class A (CDL) Commercial driver’s license and an excellent driving record is required. Starting wage: $19.00 per hour. This is a limited term position lasting approximately six (6) months and is a non-benefitted position.
