In Home Mental Therapist
***$8,000 SIGN ON BONUS*** – This position is eligible for a sign on bonus upon the signing of a 2 year agreement. The bonus would be paid out as follows:
1. $1,000 on start date of full-time position
2. $1,000 upon completion of six (6) months of continuous full-time employment in hired position.
3. $2,000 upon completion of one (1) year of continuous full-time employment in hired position.
4. $2,000 upon completion of eighteen (18) months of continuous full-time employment in hired position.
5. $2,000 upon completion of two (2) years of continuous full-time employment in hired position.
In Home Mental Health Therapist – This position provides therapy/treatment, diagnostic, crisis intervention, consultation, evaluation, coordination, monitoring, follow-up, mediation, intake and referral services for individuals, couples, families, and groups, including intervention and prevention services. Minimum Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Social Work, psychology, guidance, counseling, family therapy, or related degree. Three thousand (3000) hours of clinical supervision is required and eligible for Wisconsin certification. Experience working adolescent and adult mental health population. Valid Driver’s License. Preferred Qualifications: Dual (Mental Health/Substance Abuse) Wisconsin licensure/certification preferred but not required.
This position is a remote FT 40 hours per week position. Starting Salary range $30.69 – $35.09 per hour depending on qualifications plus fringe benefits.
