Job Description:

Assist Director to develop and implement long-range financial planning and operations within department, maintain department financial records, monitor contracts and related audits, prepare financial statements along with annual closings and audits, provide data and support in preparing the annual budget, and ensure maximum revenue from all funding sources. Oversee Economic Support, Aging & Disability Resource Center (ADRC) and provide direct supervision of financial support staff and serve as department payroll liaison with the Finance Department. Receive direction from Finance Director regarding financial procedures. QUALIFICATIONS: Requires Bachelor’s degree in managerial accounting, public administration, business management or related field; five years experience in accounting field; working knowledge of financial accounting systems and governmental accounting concepts; insurance acceptable driver’s license; Qualification under WI Caregivers Law, WI Act 27. 40 Plus Hours/week. $68,993 – $78,846.
