Job Description:

Full-time salaried position (40 hrs/wk) with Columbia County Facilities Management Department. The Director is responsible for an annual budget and supervising all maintenance and cleaning staff. The Director will oversee all maintenance projects and repairs. Qualifications: Associate Degree from an accredited technical school and a minimum of three (3) years of custodial maintenance work, including adequate experience in maintenance (electrical, plumbing, H.V.A.C., Johnson Control Metasys System). Must have the ability to understand cleaning routines and what is required. Must possess valid WI driver’s license. Background check will be conducted. Starting wage: $34.042 – $38.905 per hour depending on experience. Columbia County also offers a temporary COVID-19 premium payment of $100 per month.
