Economic Support Worker
Perform economic support tasks essential to delivery of services and administration of programs, including but not limited to: explain requirements and benefits of public assistance programs to customers/public; conduct interviews to determine eligibility for assistance; refer customers to other agencies/services when appropriate, etc. Qualifications: High School diploma plus coursework or college credits in business-related field; three years-experience in human service agency, service provider setting or interviewing/interrogation experience in human services capacity; insurance acceptable driver’s license; tested proficiency in Marinette County computer/skills testing; active Economic Support Certification within one year of hire. 40 Hours/Week. $18.05 – $20.63 per hour.
