Job Description:

Work with DA’s Office attorneys to oversee Diversion Program and provide higher level of accountability for program participants; assist with determining program eligibility, monitor/supervise participants during program participation and provide participant status reports to assigned prosecutor; work with Victim/Witness Coordinator to monitor pre-existing deferred prosecution agreements and deferred judgment agreements; assist victim and witness notification and collecting restitution information; assist with other functions. Qualifications: Associate’s Degree from accredited school in related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred); two years experience in related field; insurance acceptable driver’s license; no felony convictions. 40 Hours/Week. Starting Pay: $21.82 – $24.94/hour. Benefits included. EOE.
