Are you a detail oriented supervisor who has the capability to manage all facets of office administration? If so, the Monroe County District Attorney’s Office might have the job for you. We are hiring for a full-time Office Manager. Successful candidates are preferred to have a two year legal secretary degree. A minimum of two years’ legal office experience including supervisory or management duties is desired. Candidates with an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired will also be considered.
Our District Attorney Office Manager manages all facets of office administration for the District Attorney’s office to include supervising staff, assigning duties while monitoring workloads, training and counseling of staff, conducting office meetings as required, developing and coordinating office procedures, and completes annual staff evaluations. This position is responsible for preparing and monitoring the District Attorney and Victim Witness budgets, pays department bills, and gathers information and completes annual reports and salary surveys. The Office Manager also coordinates special prosecutions, DA Net, welfare fraud, extradition, and waivers.
Hiring range: $49,920 – $52,603 annually. Monroe County also offers a remarkable benefits package to include health, dental, term life, Wisconsin Retirement System, and more.
