Director of Aging & Disability Resource Center (ADRC)
Columbia County Health and Human Services is looking for an individual with strong leadership skills, supervisory experience, and knowledge of services for the elderly to join the department’s Leadership Team. Responsibilities include day to day management and long term planning for the Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) and Aging programs in accordance with federal and state laws, supervision of unit employees, program development, budget preparation and fiscal management, development and oversight of vendor contracts, preparing written reports, collaboration with community partners and outreach to consumers. Education requirements: Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited college or university, three (3) years social work experience in elderly and/or disabled service area, and prior supervisory and budgeting experience preferred, OR Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited college or university, five (5) years social work experience in elderly and/or disabled service area, and prior supervisory and budgeting experience preferred.
