Dining Site Manager/Cook

The Washburn County Senior Nutrition program is seeking applicants to fill a Full-Time (37.5 hrs/week) Senior Dining Site Manager position at the Birchwood Senior Center. Responsibilities include cooking and packaging meals, maintaining a clean, safe and pleasant environment for the foodservice operation, accurate reports, and good public relations with community, local agencies, and senior consumers. Performs basic janitorial cleaning duties. Requirements include High School diploma or equivalent, The ability to obtain ServSafe Certification, good organizational and public relation skills, basic math and computer knowledge, experience in volume food preparation, service, inventory, portion control, food sanitation, storage methods, or any combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities. Starting salary is $14.08 – 15.07/hr DOQ, plus excellent benefit package.
