Dementia/ADRC Specialist
Serve as County’s Dementia Care Specialist, provide information and assistance regarding community resources to adults who are elderly or have a disability, provide support to individuals and their caregivers, educate individuals and families and assist with making connections to programs and services. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree from accredited school in health or human services or related field; one year experience working in dementia or long term services field; understanding of types of Dementia and effects on individuals; insurance acceptable driver’s license; Qualify under Wisconsin Caregivers Law, Wisconsin Act 27; active WI Adult Long Term Care Functional Screen Certification within 6 months of hire. 40 Hours/week, $24.28 ‐ $30.91 per hour.
