CSP Clinical Coordinator/MHP
Are you a credentialed Mental Health Professional who has a passion for helping others? If so, the Monroe County Dept. of Human Services might have the job for you. We are hiring for a full-time Community Support Program Clinical Coordinator/Mental Health Professional. Successful candidates will have a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or Marriage Family Therapy from an accredited university with a minimum of 3,000 hours of supervised clinical practice. Credentialing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Wisconsin is required.
Our CSP Clinical Coordinator/MHP oversees the coordination and facilitation services for consumers enrolled in the Community Support Program (CSP) and Comprehensive Community Services (CCS), and provides services to clients with mental health challenges. This position reviews assessments and service plans and provides case consultation, as well as, conducts eligibility screens, and mental health assessments. The CSP Clinical Coordinator/MHP ensures consumers receive the following: assessment services, service planning, service delivery, and supportive activities in an appropriate, person-centered, and timely manner.
