The job duties of the Contract Management and Relations Coordinator – RWC (Multi-County Consortium) include, but are not limited to providing oversight, guidance and training to RWC contracted providers within the multi-county consortium. This position is responsible for the development and management of RWC contracts under the direction of the RWC Operations Administrator and works closely with the DHS Fiscal Team who approves final rates.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Human Services or related degree and two (2) years work experience required -OR- an Associate’s degree in Business, Communications, Human Services or related degree and six (6) years work experience required. Experience working with contracted vendors preferred. Recent work experience in human services, government or non-profit setting preferred. Work experience which includes working with performance-based contracts preferred. A valid driver’s licenses is required. Starting Wage: $27.31 – $29.69 per hour depending on qualifications plus an excellent fringe benefit package. Maximum Wage: $35.63 per hour
