Comprehensive Community Services Supervisor
Richland County Health and Human Services is seeking an experienced individual responsible for supervising the Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) Program in our Behavioral Health Services Unit providing direct supervision and support to programmatic staff. Duties include offering clinical supervision and collaboration to all internal staff and contracted providers, assigning caseloads, maintaining standards, and fulfilling all CCS mental health professional functions.
Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field is required. Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Professional Counselor certification in the State of Wisconsin is required, as well as a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Three years post-license clinical experience preferred. Local availability for emergency on-call rotation is also required.
The 2021 wage range for this 40-hr/week licensed position is $29.10-$30.42 per hour. The anticipated 2022 wage range is $31.15-$32.56 per hour pending final County Board adoption. Includes health insurance, retirement, and other fringe benefits package. Offering flexible work schedule and ability to work remotely.
