Clinical Therapist

Jackson County is looking to fill a Clinical Therapist position at our Department of Health & Human Services. This professional will work within the Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinic and other Behavioral Health programs as needed. Main focus of position is outpatient counseling.
Qualifications and Requirements: Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or related field from an accredited school and a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in public or private mental health and/or AODA treatment. Must hold valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Professional Counselor (LPC), Marriage and Family Therapist, Certified Advance Practice Social Worker (CAPSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor In-Training (LPC-IT) in WI. Licensure, as established by the Wis. Dept. of Safety and Professional Services, must be maintained during employment. Valid Substance Abuse licensure as a Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor, Substance Abuse Counselor, Substance Abuse Counselor In-Training or Substance Abuse Specialty Authorization as established by the Wis. Dept. of Safety and Professional Services preferred.
Salary and Benefits: Hiring Range of $64,438 – $73,653 per year, plus an excellent County benefits package and State retirement plan.
