Child & Youth Services Case Manager
Richland County Health and Human Services has a full-time opening for a Social Worker in our Child & Youth Services Unit providing child protection and/or youth justice supervision. Duties include conducting abuse and neglect investigations, family assessments, court services, permanency plans, and ongoing services.
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field is required. State Social Worker certification or eligibility is required, as well as a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Local availability for emergency on-call rotation is also required. Includes health insurance, WRS retirement, and other fringe benefits. Offering flexible work schedule and ability to occasionally work remotely.
The wage range for a 40-hr/week certified Social Worker is $22.14-$23.14 per hour (wage range for a non-certified applicant is $20.33-$21.25 per hour).
