Position: CCS and CSP Unit Supervisor
Are you a dedicated professional with a passion for making a meaningful impact in mental health services? Waushara County is seeking a compassionate and experienced CCS and CSP Unit Supervisor to lead and enhance our Community Support Program (CSP) and Comprehensive Community Support (CCS) services.
About the Role:
As the CCS and CSP Unit Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in directing, coordinating, and developing our CSP and CCS services in alignment with WiStats 51.001(3s), HFS 36, HSS 63, and the specific needs of Waushara County. Your leadership will ensure that our programs are effective, responsive, and provide high-quality support to individuals with chronic mental health conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct and coordinate the CSP and CCS services and activities to ensure they meet regulatory standards and address community needs.
Monitor trends and developments in CSP and CCS, including medications, treatment, and program activities.
Ensure all CSP/CCS participants have current and comprehensive treatment plans.
Provide case management and service facilitation, including assessments, access to psychiatric care, medication monitoring, psychosocial and vocational rehabilitation, and daily life management.
Lead and support a dedicated team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Nursing, or a related human services field.
At least three years of experience working with chronically mentally ill individuals.
1500-3000 hours of related supervised clinical experience.
One year of supervisory experience preferred.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
Wage Range: $31.54 – $33.50 per hour (based on relevant experience).
