Columbia County is recruiting for a full-time management position in its Behavioral Health and Long Term Support Division to oversee emergency mental health and substance use services. The primary tasks of this position are to ensure that Columbia County behavioral health programs utilize a wraparound approach to providing individualized services that focus on client/family strengths, community placement, cultural competency, natural supports, teaming, and collaboration. Knowledge of Chapter 46.56, 51, and 55 of the Wisconsin State Statutes. Knowledge of DHS 34, 36, 75, 92 and 94 of the Wisconsin Administrative Codes. Knowledge of Medicaid and third party payor policies and procedures. Minimum Qualifications: Current licensure under Wis. Stat. §457 as a Clinical Social Worker, Professional Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, adult psychiatric and mental health nurse practitioner, family psychiatric and mental health nurse practitioner, or clinical specialist in adult psychiatric and mental health nursing with 3000 hours of supervised clinical, post-masters experience. Specific experience in service provision in mental health or substance abuse treatment and supervisory experience preferred. Requires possession of a valid Wisconsin Driver’s License and personal transportation. Starting wage: $28.416 per hour. Application deadline will remain open until filled.
