Behavioral Health Case Manager
Calumet County is looking to hire a Behavioral Health Case Manager to join their Behavioral Health interdisciplinary team of professionals!
This position allows for great flexibility in scheduling, opportunities to work with diverse clientele, no client quotas and a fun working atmosphere! Our main office is located in Chilton, but we also have a satellite location in Appleton. Calumet County is known for our excellent benefit package and competitive compensation scale.
This position is eligible for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF), paid on-going training via the UWGB – Behavioral Health Partnership and work-related travel reimbursement. Limited remote work may be available at times when approved by Supervisor.
Under the general direction of the Behavioral Health Division Manager and Supervisor, provides psycho-social, risk-based assessments, symptom management and education, social recreational activities and case management services to persons with mental illness. Performs related duties as required.
