Aging and Disability Resource Program Manager

Aging and Disability Resource Program Manager – Pierce County is seeking an Aging and Disability Resource (ADRC) Manager in our Human Services Department to manage the Aging programming and the Aging and Disabilities Resource Center (ADRC) unit within the department. This position directly supervises staff that provide options counseling and short-term case management services to clients who are aging or have disabilities. In addition, provides research, planning, managing, supervising, and promoting programs for senior citizens or persons with disabilities including transportation, nutrition, benefit services, adult protection, dementia care, in-home services, and family/caregiver services.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field and three years of experience in a social work or related field.
Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in a related field and experience in a government setting preferred.
