ADRC Specialist

Provide information and assistance regarding community resources to general public, particularly adults who are elderly or have a disability; help inform and educate people about options; assist in connecting to programs and services, including public and privately funded options. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree from accredited school in health or human services field; 6 months experience in long term services field; insurance acceptable driver’s license; Qualify under Wisconsin Caregivers Law, Wisconsin Act 27; active WI Adult Long Term Care Functional Screen Certification within 6 months of hire; active WI Information & Referrel Specialist Certification within 1 year of hire. 40 Hours/week, $24.28 ‐ $30.91 per hour.
