Are you organized, self-motivated, and enjoy serving others? If so, the Aging & Disability Resource Center of Monroe County is seeking a part-time non-benefited Site Manager for the Wilton area. Successful candidates are preferred to have graduated from high school and have experience in food service operations. Previous experience working with the elderly population is a plus. A valid Wisconsin’s driver’s license and reliable transportation is required. Knowledge of available community resources and long-term support services is beneficial.

Our Site Manager coordinates and maintains the daily operations of the meal site to include maintaining daily records of participant attendance and needed supply inventory. The Site Manager inspects the quality and quantity of food items and records daily temperature checks for compliance with safe food practices. This role will also deliver meals when needed with mileage being reimbursed if their auto insurance meets the minimum liability limits.

Starting salary for this position is $10.00 – $11.49/hr. depending on qualifications and experience. Hours are scheduled Monday-Friday, and this position typically works between 10-19 hours per week.
