Waushara County is accepting applications for a full-time ADRC Resource & Dementia Care Specialist. This position provides information and assistance about a wide range of community resources to the public, but particularly to adults, and their caregivers, who are elderly, with a disability, or have dementia. Helps inform and educate people about their options and assists in connecting and enrolling them into public and private programs and services. This position will spend 50% of time working to support and improve the quality of life for people with dementia who live at home. This position is located in and serves primarily Waushara County, and also supports service delivery in a multi-county region including Adams and Green Lake Counties. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a health or human services related field or an RN registered in WI along with 1-3 years’ work experience working with the ADRC client population. Wage is $23.04-$28.92/hr. (starting wage based on relevant experience) with benefits.
