POSITION SUMMARY:
The Dementia Care Specialist will provide support to individuals with Dementia and their caregivers, connect with community partners to incorporate dementia friendly initiatives, and support the ADRC-CW with ongoing training and content expertise.
The home office for this employee can be determined at a later date upon a success recruitment; however, travel throughout the 4 County ADRC-CW service region may be required to meet customer needs. Usual work hours are 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, Monday – Friday.
COMPENSATION: Starting salary range: Min $26.09/hour – Mid $31.31/hour (C42)
