Administrative Coordinator – Property Lister
Marathon County is seeking a qualified employee to serve in the position of Administrative Coordinator serving the Office of Corporation Counsel and the Treasurer’s Office. This candidate is responsible for performing complex technical work in the field of property descriptions, assessments, and land records – including maintaining accurate real and personal property listings, data to produce assessment rolls and tax bills, and other work in conformance with section 70.09 of Wisconsin Statutes. While the position will housed in the Office of Corporation Counsel, the successful candidate will take a team-oriented approach working closely with the office of the County Treasurer, County Clerk and other departments/agencies. A high degree of accuracy and independent judgement is imperative.
Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree or professional experience related to the work of this position is desired. Any combinations of education and experience demonstrating the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform essential duties will be considered.
