Administrative Associate II
POSITION SUMMARY:
This position provides service and administrative support to the operations of the Health and Human Services Department by assisting customers as well as department staff. Provides excellent customer service as a receptionist for in-person customers and over the phone transactions. Efficiently and accurately process both internal and external customer requests. Administrative support functions provide overall general office support.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Performs all functions of the Administrative Associate I – HHS Front Desk.
• Prepare and accurately complete documents, correspondence, and reports, and perform other administrative professional functions as requested and necessary to meet the needs of the customers and department.
• Prepares public resources materials as well as forms and other information products for use by the Department.
• Processes data accurately and efficiently into program specific and other state electronic database systems.
• Coordinates training and travel reservations for department employees.
• Assists managers and colleagues with special projects and events as requested.
• Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• High School Diploma/equivalent.
• Two years’ work experience in business office/administrative support position.
• Must successfully pass criminal and caregiver background checks.
Full Pay Range: $17.25 – $23.23
Expected Pay Range: $17.25 – $19.33
